Current Openings

Licensed Surveyor
As the company grows we need additional persons who have proven their commitment to the surveying industry through their accomplishment of earning a License. Many of our projects require the lead person to have a license.

Initial assignments will be in three areas: surveyor-in-charge of special projects, such as construction and unique surveys; having full responsibility for ALTA surveys; and learning our way of doing physical improvement and property surveys in order to have the ability to be the responsible surveyor for that type of work company wide.
Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience.

Survey Technician
This person needs to have about 5 to 8 years of surveying experience. Also required is particular knowledge in some of the following: ALTA surveys; subdivision platting; local government regulations for zoning and development; deed research; property and boundary modifications and platting in Northern Virginia.Initial assignments will be under the direction of ASI experienced persons in the work noted above. Little field work will be required.
Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience.

Field Crew Chiefs
Persons with at least 2 years of experience are candidates for crew chief for our physical improvement and property surveys. Greater experience will provide for assignments in construction, topographic mapping, and unique projects.
Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
